Community Voice

The Academy embraces the views, opinions and ideas of the local community in the provision of learning opportunities for all learners. The student body through the highly active “Student Voice” has a positive input into lessons and enrichment activity provision. To enable the wider community to have a positive input, the academy’s “Community Voice” comprising of parents, carers and other interested parties meets within the library on a regular basis. “Community Voice” enables members of the community to meet with the Academy leadership and governors to share information and ideas, develop face to face communication, express and address concerns, and to become actively involved in the academy’s provision of lesson and enrichment activities.

If you would like to be part of ‘Community Voice’ or just want to visit the Academy to see what the Library can offer you, contact

Ann Lambert, Academy Librarian on 01302 722237 extension 245.
